What exosomes are

The messages, without the cells

Exosomes are nano-sized particles that stem cells release to communicate with the cells around them. They carry proteins, fats and genetic messages (RNA) that can influence how nearby cells behave, including how they handle inflammation and repair.

Because exosome therapy is cell-free, researchers point to practical advantages over giving living cells: easier storage, less complexity and a lower chance of an immune reaction. Research is expanding quickly, but for most uses the evidence is still early, and we show that plainly below.

The therapies

Seven therapies, one by one

Choose a therapy to see what it’s for, how it’s given and how mature the evidence is. We show the evidence level openly because it’s the first thing a careful patient should ask.

Full-body renewal

Often considered for

Frequent travellers, people recovering from a demanding period, and anyone wanting general support for energy and resilience.

How it’s given

A gentle IV drip, while you relax.

What to expect

A short, comfortable session. Your doctor will explain how many sessions, if any more, make sense.

Part of a wider plan

Pairs naturally with a health screening, so you have a clear baseline first.

Respiratory support

Often considered for

People exposed to haze, pollution and environmental irritants, with sensitive airways or a cough that won’t settle.

How it’s given

Gently breathed in. Non-invasive, with no injection.

What to expect

A calm, seated session. Helpful to time around haze season if you live with poor air quality.

Part of a wider plan

Supports, rather than replaces, care from your own doctor for any ongoing breathing difficulty.

Joints & shoulders

Often considered for

Stiff knees and joints, shoulder discomfort, active people and age-related stiffness.

How it’s given

A small, targeted injection into the joint. Clinicians often use ultrasound to guide placement precisely.

What to expect

Musculoskeletal care is where regenerative research is most developed. Improvement, where it happens, builds over several weeks.

Part of a wider plan

Most effective alongside strengthening exercise and physiotherapy. Your doctor will be honest if surgery is the better route.

Hair & scalp

Often considered for

People noticing early thinning, or wanting support for hair recovery after illness or treatment.

How it’s given

Fine injections into the scalp.

What to expect

Hair grows slowly, so any change is judged over months, not weeks.

Part of a wider plan

A Skin & Hair Analysis beforehand helps your doctor decide whether this is worth trying.

Skin

Often considered for

Skin that looks tired, has lost firmness, or needs recovery after sun or a cosmetic procedure.

How it’s given

Applied with micro-needling, so the treatment reaches the skin evenly.

What to expect

Usually a short session with mild, temporary redness. Your doctor will talk you through aftercare.

Part of a wider plan

Sun protection and a simple skincare routine help you get the most from it.

Often considered for

Men wanting support for vitality, circulation and intimate wellness.

How it’s given

A small, targeted injection, in a private consultation room.

What to expect

Discussed privately and in plain terms with your doctor first, including whether it suits you.

Part of a wider plan

Often considered alongside a men’s health screening, such as blood tests and a urinary flow check.

Women’s wellness

Often considered for

Women wanting support with post-natal recovery, intimate comfort and hydration.

How it’s given

A small, targeted injection, in a private consultation room.

What to expect

Discussed privately with your doctor first, at your own pace.

Part of a wider plan

Can sit alongside a broader women’s health screening.

How it’s given

Four ways to give it, matched to the goal

01

IV drip

For full-body renewal. A gentle drip while you relax.

02

Inhalation

For respiratory support. Breathed in, with no needle.

03

Targeted injection

For joints and shoulders, and men’s and women’s wellness. Small and precise, sometimes guided by ultrasound.

04

Scalp injections & micro-needling

For hair and scalp, and for skin. Fine, shallow treatment of the area itself.

Quality

How exosomes are made, tested and documented

Exosome products vary widely around the world. These are the standards behind the therapies here.

Donated tissue

Exosomes come from MSCs grown from donated umbilical cord tissue, known as Wharton’s jelly.

Certified lab

Produced by an NPRA-certified lab under cGMP, in ISO 14644 cleanrooms.

Purified & tested

Every batch is tested by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab and verified to 99.9% purity.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they commit

How are exosomes different from stem cells?

Stem cell therapy gives you living cells. Exosome therapy gives you the signalling particles those cells release, without the cells themselves. Read the stem cell guide to compare.

Is regenerative therapy regulated in Malaysia?

Yes. Cell and gene therapy products are regulated as biologics by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), and Malaysia is a PIC/S member. Ask any provider which recognitions apply to the specific product you would receive.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the therapy and your goals. Your doctor recommends a plan after your consultation, and tells you how progress is usually judged.

Is it painful?

IV drips and inhalation are comfortable. Injections and micro-needling are brief. Your doctor will explain any short-term redness or soreness, and the aftercare.

Can I combine it with other treatment?

Often, yes. Exosome therapy is sometimes paired with a stem cell programme or a health screening. Your doctor will advise what makes sense together.

How long should I plan to stay in Kuala Lumpur?

It depends on the programme your doctor recommends, which is confirmed after your consultation. We arrange transfers, hotel and appointments around it.

What does it cost?

Pricing is in Malaysian Ringgit and depends on the programme appropriate to your situation. You receive a written quotation before you commit to travel, with no figures introduced after you arrive.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin and Japanese. Day-to-day coordination happens over WhatsApp, before, during and after your visit.
